A week of discipline, musicianship, and leadership for the next generation of drum majors.

About the Camp
The Panola College Military Drum Major Camp is a five-day intensive where aspiring student leaders learn the craft and command of the podium. Hosted on the campus of Panola College and on the field at Carthage High School, the camp pairs rigorous technical training with the leadership principles every drum major needs.
Campers train in conducting, marching fundamentals, command vocabulary, and field presence — guided by an experienced staff of directors and instructors. By the final review, every student has grown sharper, more confident, and ready to lead.
“Where discipline meets the podium.”
